The objects of RIERF are to promote and disseminate knowledge, create awareness and provide common forum for interaction amongst professionals, academicians, government agencies, establish effective coordination, to organize training courses and to impart education in Real estate discipline. To promote, provide, train, equip, with the skills to meet the challenges & opportunities of today’s ever-changing real estate Sector.

To provide an effective forum for discussion for the matter related to real estate sectors, for collection and dissemination of information relating thereto and for the development of better understanding and co-operation amongst the members, to furnish information and opinion about specific matters and queries raised by the members.

To ensure that the training courses, seminars and workshops conducted across the country shall be for purpose of knowledge sharing, imparting education and awareness.

The other objectives of RIERF are that it would be a channel to express the views and opinions of stakeholders in front of government authorities, in case any suggestions require could be given to Real estate regulatory authority (RERA).

In addition to Learning & Development Initiatives, Federation aims to develop benchmarks for real estate sector, provide with comprehensive data to other stakeholders, end-users and retail & institutional investors.

RIERF offers to promote adoption of national standards including other norms, best practices and corporate responsibility etc. Federation seeks to provide you with the knowledge base, proficiency and professional exposure that can accelerate your development in real estate & allied sectors.

This Federation will be a bridge between all the stakeholders, government authorities and Real estate regulatory authority (RERA) where if any stakeholder has any query or have any suggestion in respect to real estate world those could be met through this bridge.

It will provide a platform for interaction amongst where the stakeholders, developers, realtors for interaction amongst professionals, academicians, government agencies.
